FOX Sports GO users, you may have noticed that in May 2019, some FOX Sports content you were used to watching on foxsportsgo.com and the FOX Sports GO app is either no longer available or is linking you over to FOX Sports to watch. Please note that FOX Sports GO is now your home for regional sports content, like YES Network, FOX Sports Midwest, Prime Ticket and many more. In addition, FOX College Sports regional networks can be found right here on FOX Sports GO. But, if you're looking for events and shows on FOX, FS1, FS2, Deportes and the Big Ten Network, you should go to foxsports.com or download the FOX Sports apps.

What is FOX Sports GO and how much does it cost?
With FOX Sports GO, you can watch live sports and great shows from your FOX Regional Sports Networks as well as other regional content. No matter where you go, take FOX Sports GO with you on your Apple, Android, or Windows device via the FOX Sports GO app, or access it at FOXSportsGO.com or on supported connected devices. There is no additional charge to use the FOX Sports GO service. You need to receive the channel in your TV channel lineup and login with your TV provider in order to watch on FOX Sports GO.

Why do I need to sign in to use FOX Sports GO, and how do I sign in?
FOX Sports GO is offered at no additional cost for customers of participating TV providers. When you visit FOX Sports GO, select your TV provider and you will be redirected to your TV provider's site where you can sign in with your TV provider credentials.

We're working all the time to add new TV providers. Contact your TV provider and let them know you want FOX Sports GO.

What video content is available with FOX Sports GO?
FOX Sports GO delivers live games, shows, and event programming from your FOX Regional Sports Networks. Programming includes live coverage of great sports:

- MLB
- NBA
- NHL
- College Football, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer

And other great programming, including pregame and postgame shows, documentaries, and press conferences. You need to receive the channel in your TV channel lineup and log in with your TV provider in order to watch them in FOX Sports GO. Some channels may not yet be available for every TV provider or on every platform.

I don't see a program in FOX Sports GO that's airing on one of the FOX Regional Sports channels I receive on my TV. Why?
Not all channels are available in FOX Sports GO for subscribers of every TV provider or on every platform. We're working with each TV provider to deliver all of the FOX Sports channels to you as quickly as we can. Most content shown on local channels is available in FOX Sports GO. Some content may be unavailable due to licensing restrictions. We're working with our league partners to provide all the content we can to you—anywhere and at any time.

Can I watch MLB, NBA, and NHL games on FOX Sports GO?
A majority of MLB, NBA, and NHL games that broadcast on FOX Sports Regional Networks are available in FOX Sports GO.*

* You need to receive these channels in your TV channel lineup in order to watch them in FOX Sports GO. Note that some channels may not yet be available for every TV provider or on every platform.

Why am I seeing no content available on FOX Sports GO?
Starting in May 2019, FOX Sports GO started streaming only FOX Sports Regional Network content (e.g. FOX Sports Midwest, YES Network, Prime Ticket, etc.) as well as the three FOX College Sports regional networks (Atlantic, Central, Pacific). If you do not receive any of these networks as part of your cable package, you may not receive any content on FOX Sports GO.

Is FOX Sports GO available without WiFi?
Yes. FOX Sports GO can be accessed from any 3G, 4G LTE, or high-speed internet connection. Normal data rates apply. To limit FOX Sports GO to WiFi only, just go to Settings and toggle the switch for 'Video Over WiFi Only' to On.

Can live events be paused and replayed?
FOX Sports GO is committed to providing in-depth coverage and access to all events. Due to contractual obligations, pause, rewind, and fast forward may not be available for all videos.

Can I stream video to Apple TV using AirPlay?
Yes! Airplay functionality is supported.
Can I use Chromecast with FOX Sports GO?
Yes! Chromecast functionality is supported.

Can I take FOX Sports GO with me overseas?
Yes, limited FOX Sports GO programming is available overseas.

The video doesn't look good -- it's freezing, skipping, or just won't play. What can I do?

If you encounter any of these problems, here are a few things you can try:

Refresh your browser or close it and open it again.

What if I don't have my TV provider username and/or password or I forgot them?
If you don't know your TV provider username and/or password, visit your TV provider's website to register or recover your login details. In most cases, your TV provider username and password is what you use to manage your account online. Check the minimum system requirements to confirm your system can support FOX Sports GO.

Do I need to sign in with my TV provider's credentials every time I access live video?
No. As long as you don't sign out, there is no need to re-enter your TV provider credentials each time you use FOX Sports GO. Occasionally, you will be asked to sign in again with your TV provider credentials to verify your TV subscription.

Can I use multiple devices to access FOX Sports GO?
Yes. Sign in using your TV provider credentials to access live video. Depending on your TV provider, there may be a limit to the number of devices you can be signed in to at the same time. Please contact your TV provider for further information.

What happens if I switch to a new or add an additional mobile device?
No problem, just re-download FOX Sports GO to the new device and sign in with your TV provider.

Does FOX Sports GO offer closed captioning?
Yes, closed captioning can be accessed on the video player by selecting the 'CC' button. The 'CC' button can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the video player and can be clicked to either turn closed captions on or off.
On what platforms is FOX Sports GO available on?
FOX Sports GO is available at FOXSportsGO.com. It's also available for download on most iOS devices, on most Android devices, and on most Windows PCs and tablets. It also available on several living-room/connected-device platforms.

Apple devices:

- Apple iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch running iOS 11.0.
- Apple TV 4th generation or newer running tvOS 10.0.
- Apple Mac devices running OSX 10.10.

Google Chromecast devices:

- Google Chromecast (1st gen) — Firmware version 1.32124602.
- Google Chromecast (2nd gen) — Firmware version 1.37148642.
- Google Chromecast — Firmware version 1.37.146679.
- Google Chromecast Ultra — Firmware version 1.37.14667.

On my PC or Mac, what are the minimum and recommended system requirements for FOX Sports GO?
Processor Speed: 1 GHz minimum, 2 GHz recommended
Memory: 1 GB minimum, 2 GB recommended
Video Memory: 128 MB minimum, 512 MB recommended
Screen Resolution: 1024×768 or 1280×720 minimum, 1920×1080 recommended
If your PC system is running Windows 8.1, you can download the app in the Microsoft Store, minimum requirements are:
Operating System: 32- or 64-bit version of Windows 8.1 or Windows RT 8.1
Processor: 1 GHz or faster
Memory: 1GB of RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB (64-bit)
Resolution: 1024times;768 minimum

I don't see closed captioning for an event or a show. Why?
FOX Sports GO is only able to provide captions for events and programs that provide it. To report an issue or concern regarding closed captioning, please contact us here. Please provide a clear description of your concern and a way to get in contact with you, including:
- Name of the program.
- Type of issue (e.g., garbling, captions cut off at certain times or on certain days, captions missing on certain episode of the programming).
- Website or application where you viewed the programming.
- Approximate time and date that the issue occurred.
- Your name and contact information including, email and phone number.

The Java edition of the FOXPRO Programming Utility is compatible on multiple operating systems including Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux. This page provides you with the information you need to get the software up and running on your computer. Please be aware: your computer must have the latest version of Java installed in order for this software to run.

The Sound Programming Utility is an easy-to-use application providing you with complete management of sounds in your FOXPRO game call. With this application you can: add new sounds, remove sounds, reorganize sounds, manage your sound categories (only for models that feature category support), print sound labels, backup your sounds, and more.

System Requirements

In order to run the Java edition, you must have the newest version of Java installed on your computer. If you are unsure whether or not Java is installed on your computer, you should go ahead and do an update. To do this, click this link to open the official Java website in a new browser tab. After the page is opened, click on the large red button that says 'Free Java Downlaod.' Download the Java installer and then launch it to update your system.

Installing the Software

  1. Click the download link shown above to begin downloading the compressed file containing the utility.
  2. After the file has been downloaded to your computer, open your 'Downloads' folder to locate it. The file is called 'foxpro-programmer.jar'.
  3. Open the 'foxpro-programmer.jar' file. Locate the 'FOXPRO Programmer.jar' file. This is the utility. This file can be copied into your local 'Applications' folder or placed on your desktop for easy access.
  4. You may receive an error message regarding 'cannot run software from an unknown developer' when you initially try to launch it. To get around this, go to Applications -> Privacy & Security and look for the warning message. Usually, there is an option to 'Open Anyway.'
